1900 Mineral Operations Ltd is committed to preventing money laundering and illicit financial activities. This policy complies with the US Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and FinCEN regulations.
1. Know Your Customer (KYC)
Identity Verification
All users must verify identity before withdrawing above applicable thresholds. Verification includes:
- Government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, driver's license)
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement within 90 days)
- Selfie verification matching the submitted ID
Enhanced Due Diligence
For high-value transactions or higher-risk users, additional documentation including source of funds may be required.
2. Anti-Money Laundering Measures
- All transactions are monitored for suspicious patterns
- Large transactions are reported to FinCEN as required by law
- We maintain Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) where required
- Users are screened against OFAC Specially Designated Nationals lists
- Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) are subject to enhanced screening
3. Prohibited Users & Activities
- Users from OFAC-sanctioned countries or jurisdictions
- Use of funds derived from illegal activities
- Structuring transactions to avoid reporting requirements
- Use of anonymizing technologies to conceal transaction origin
4. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to freeze accounts and report to authorities if suspicious activity is detected.
5. Record Keeping
We retain KYC and transaction records for a minimum of 5 years per BSA requirements.
