Welcome to M1900 (operated by 1900 Mineral Operations Ltd). By accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to contract in your jurisdiction. The Platform is not available where prohibited by law.

2. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• One account per user. Multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits are prohibited.

3. Mining Plans & Purchases

• M1 and M2 are trial plans available once per user.
• M3–M12 may be purchased up to 10 times and repurchased after expiry.
• All plan prices are in USDT. Prices may change with notice.
• Upon contract maturity, your original principal is returned automatically.
• Daily profits are credited automatically per your selected plan terms.

4. Referral Program

• The 6-level referral program pays 10%, 3%, 2%, 1%, 1%, 1% commissions.
• Commissions are calculated and credited automatically.
• Fraudulent referrals (self-referral, fake accounts) result in account termination.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen funds
• Impersonation of users or M1900 staff
• Hacking or attempting to compromise platform security
• Using bots or scripts to manipulate the platform
• Any activity violating US federal or Colorado state law

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software are property of 1900 Mineral Operations Ltd. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M1900 shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the prior 30 days.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in Weld County courts or via AAA arbitration.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
