이용 약관

M1900(1900 Mineral Operations Ltd에서 운영)에 오신 것을 환영합니다. 플랫폼에 액세스함으로써 귀하는 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.

1. 자격

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to contract in your jurisdiction. The Platform is not available where prohibited by law.

2. 계정 등록

• 귀하는 계정 자격 증명의 기밀성을 유지할 책임이 있습니다.
• 무단 사용 시 즉시 [email protected]으로 알려주십시오.
• 본 약관을 위반하는 계정은 해지할 권리가 있습니다.
• 사용자당 계정은 하나만 허용됩니다. 구매 한도를 우회하기 위한 여러 계정은 금지됩니다.

3. 채굴 플랜 및 구매

• M1 및 M2는 사용자당 한 번 사용할 수 있는 체험 플랜입니다.
• M3–M12는 최대 10회 구매할 수 있으며 만료 후 재구매할 수 있습니다.
• 모든 플랜 가격은 USDT 기준입니다. 가격은 사전 통지 후 변경될 수 있습니다.
• 계약 만료 시 원금이 자동으로 반환됩니다.
• 일일 수익은 선택한 플랜 조건에 따라 자동으로 적립됩니다.

4. 추천 프로그램

• 6단계 추천 프로그램은 10%, 3%, 2%, 1%, 1%, 1%의 수수료를 지급합니다.
• 수수료는 자동으로 계산되어 적립됩니다.
• 사기성 추천(자가 추천, 가짜 계정)은 계정 해지로 이어집니다.

5. 금지된 활동

• 자금 세탁, 사기 또는 도난 자금 사용
• 사용자 또는 M1900 직원을 사칭
• 플랫폼 보안 해킹 또는 침해 시도
• 플랫폼 조작을 위해 봇 또는 스크립트 사용
• 미국 연방 또는 콜로라도 주법을 위반하는 모든 활동

6. 지적 재산권

All content, trademarks, logos, and software are property of 1900 Mineral Operations Ltd. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

7. 책임 제한

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M1900 shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the prior 30 days.

8. 준거법

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in Weld County courts or via AAA arbitration.

9. 수정

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
